1. Charging Function Not Working

Typically, the iPadOS Beta version disables the Smart Connector’s charging function. Therefore, we recommend avoiding the Beta upgrade and waiting for the official version to be released. If you’ve already upgraded to the Beta version, you might consider rolling back to the previous iPad OS version.
